Justification: This platform is heavily intertwined in the County's monitoring and communication processes; and directly supports DWM, County's DR, and COOP strategy. Everbridge has been an integral part of DoIT and DeKalb County’s communication infrastructure for over five (5) years. Currently, DoIT is collaborating with Everbridge to consume alerts from DeKalb's new cloud-based IT monitoring solution, Azure Arc, replacing the legacy on-premises Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM).
