This contract is for commercial items and is prepared in accordance with the regulations in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Part 16.5 – Indefinite-Delivery Contracts. This is a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Single Award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract awarded under Full and Open Competition procedures outlined in FAR Part 15 – Contract by Negotiation.
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), General Supplies and Services (GSS) Portfolio, Office of Supply Chain Management (SCM), has a requirement for Global Supply OCONUS Logistics Operations Solutions Support in the Indo-Pacific Command (INDO-PACOM) Guam Area of Responsibility (AOR). This contract is intended to provide a total global supply solution for Federal and Department of Defense (DoD) customers in the INDO-PACOM Guam AOR, covering a broad range of commercial supply items including office supplies, tools and hardware, housewares, and cleaning products.
Under this contract, the contractor shall be responsible for sourcing, stocking, and warehousing National Stock Number (NSN) items and delivering them within 3 business days after receipt of order in mainland Guam. Additionally, the contractor must maintain the capability to scale operations to meet surge and contingency requirements in support of mission-critical operations.
