This is a notification that an award has been made IAW10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition. This contract, SPE300-25-D-3012, will have a period of performance from June 12, 2025 for 366 days, until June 13, 2026, or until the award of a new contract. This is a Justification and Approval (J&A) for full line distribution and is being posted IAW requirements of FAR 6.305. A copy of the J&A is attached to this notice.
