The purpose of this notice is to locate business concerns interested in manufacturing these items. The solicitation will be synopsized separately later.
For these items, either, the Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate or legible data to purchase this part from other than current source(s)… OR
This is a Commercial/non-developmental (off-the-shelf item).
