The AOC seeks a general contractor to furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, services, etc. necessary for a renovation of the lobby and courtroom in the Kentucky Supreme Courts temporary offices at 669 Chamberlin Ave., Frankfort, Kentucky. This project consists of renovation of the lobby and hearing room along with adjacent offices. The trades involved include, but are not limited to, the following: demolition; metals; wood, plastics, and composites; thermal and moisture protection; openings; finishes; signage; fire suppression; HVAC; building automation system; and communication.
