RFP 2025-13 - HVAC-R Maintenance Services

Project Description: Utah County is seeking proposals from qualified mechanical contractors for the purpose of establishing a pool of pre-approved contractors. These contractors will be expected to deliver a comprehensive range of mechanical services—including system maintenance, remodels, and new construction—across various county-owned facilities. Selected contractors will support the county’s operational needs on an as-needed basis, ensuring the mechanical systems remain functional, efficient, and compliant with applicable standards. Following a thorough evaluation of all submitted proposals, Utah County reserves the right to award ongoing contracts to multiple contractors at its sole discretion.
