Description

The offeror shall provide complete design and construction services, including but not limited to the management and construction necessary to meet the requirements of this contract within the established timeframe.

The successful offeror shall perform all design services and required construction services including furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and services required to complete the Construction Services for removal of clay tennis court and design and installation of 1-2 pickleball courts within the existing tennis court area at a U.S. Government-owned residence in Athens, Greece.
