Dexter Mary 24/25 Cabbage Palm Sale
The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Florida Forest Service is seeking sealed bids for the sale of timber. This is a sale of cabbage palms (Sabal palmetto) from approximately 2100 acres on the Lake George State Forest, Volusia County, Florida (see attached maps). All cabbage palms within the designated sale area are available for removal. The sale boundaries are forest roads, fire lines and timber breaks. This will be a six (6) month contract. Interested parties may obtain complete bid information by contacting Cynthia Venuti at (384) 384-5259.
The Florida Forest Service reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularity in bids received.
