1. The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, intends to solicit quotes for Brand Name Equal to Karl Storz Endoscope Service and Maintenance Plan, Portland VA Healthcare System, Portland, OR. A Statement of Work (SOW) will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Quotations number is 36C26025Q0664.
2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 811210 (Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair & Maintenance), and the small business size standard is 34 million. This is an unrestricted solicitation.
3. The intended contract period is a base year and two one-year options.
