RFP OPS 2026-01

The Oxford Board of Education (hereinafter referred to as the Board), is seeking proposals from qualified contractors (the Bidders) to conduct a comprehensive facility needs assessment. This assessment should be an evaluation of the facility's current condition, including infrastructure, systems, and operational needs. This should identify areas for improvement and guide future planning and resource allocation. This involves assessing the physical condition of the facility, including its structural integrity, building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), remaining useful life of those systems and overall maintenance needs.
