RFP for Facility Improvements to the Fire Headquarters

Project Description: The City of Williamsport and the Williamsport Bureau of Fire (known henceforth as “WBF”) invites and welcomes Bids/Proposals for facility improvements of the item(s) listed below:
1. Ceiling title replacement in “living quarters” and administrative offices and hallways.
2. All existing replacement ceiling tiles are to be removed and replaced with new “BLACK” titles and grids.
A Pre-bid meeting will beheld on Monday, August 11, 2025, at 10:30 AM at the Fire Headquarters, located at 440 Walnut St., Williamsport, PA. Attendance is not mandatory, but highly encouraged.
PA Prevailing Wage applies to this project as necessary.
A Proposal Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bidder’s maximum bid price is required to be accompanied with a Bid. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price shall be required from the Successful Bidder. An anti-collusion affidavit is required for this Bid. This Contract will be subject to the Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry.
