The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, supervision and all food and related supplies required to operate a Juice Bar cafe within the Fitness Center. Approximately 1,200 personnel utilize the Fitness Center daily. The contractor must prepare and serve a diverse menu to include specialty Sports Drinks, 100% fruit juices, smoothies (fresh/frozen fruit and/or vegetable) and other assorted healthy beverages to include protein shakes, fat burning shakes, weight loss shakes, and healthy menu items to include
sandwiches, wraps, paninis, breakfast items and salads to authorized patrons (all personnel with base access) for consumption on the premises or for take away. Concessionaire must provide a minimum of three (3) offerings per category. Services required include all of the basic functions of running a restaurant: menu planning, subsistence ordering, receiving, and storing, food
preparation, service for both dine-in and take away, and cleanup. Success is determined not only by financial results but also by customer satisfaction, as the two are closely related.
