| Solicitation Document Description: | The project entails replacement of one generator (G1) of the facility’s standby power service. The standby power service is consisting of two stationary Diesel generators, a connection box for a mobile generator, a generator paralleling switchboard (EG-A/EG-B), and two standby power switchboards (EA, EB). |

.1 Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Meeting
.1Suppliers are required to attend a mandatory site meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project and ascertain the full extent of the Work required. The mandatory site meeting will take place at 703 Don Mills Road, Toronto, Ontario at 10:00 AM local time on May 6, 2025. Suppliers are to meet in the Main Entrance Lobby/Waiting Area. Sign in at the Security counter is required. Site meetingswill not be available at any other times. .2 Suppliers must also sign the attendance sheet at the mandatory site meeting during the designated date and time for their Bid to be considered. .3 Bids submitted by Suppliers that do not attend the mandatory site meeting or fail to sign the attendance sheet shall be declared non-compliant. |
