The US Air Force intends to solicit the following supply:
Description: The 76th CMXG/MXDEC is requesting to procure new Universal Fuel Accessories Test Stand (UFATS) capable of testing end items currently in production; with equipment and accessories specified in the Statement of Work (SOW); and training on the maintenance, calibration, programming, and use of said test stand.
At the minimum, the Contractor shall provide the following:
The UFATS shall be new and unused (not a prototype) and constructed using cutting-edge technology. UFATS design specifications shall be based on Unit Under Test (UUT) requirements as noted in associated UUT Technical Orders (T.O.’s), which are listed in Appendix H. Any other provided documents/manuals associated with existing test equipment are for reference only. UFATS particulars are noted in the SOW.

This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated.
Estimated Period of Performance: no later than 18 months after receipt of contract award
Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation through the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov/content/home. No telephone requests. Authority is 10 USC 2304 (c)(1).

Contractors required to implement NIST SP 800-171, in accordance with the DFARS clause 252.204-7012, Safeguarding Covered Defense Information and Cyber incident Reporting, are required at time of award to have at least a Basic NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment that is current (not more than 3 years old) (see DFARS 252.204-7019).
