The purpose of this sources sought is to conduct market research for the maintenance, repair and emergency services for two Hydraulic Passenger Elevators at DFAS-Limestone Operating Location, Limestone, Maine. For additional details, please reference the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW). If your company is interested in this requirement, DFAS would appreciate if you would complete and return the Contractor Capability Survey included. In addition, DFAS is requesting Capability Statements and Pricing Estimates.

Period of Performance: This contract will have a period of performance consisting of a one-year base period with four additional one-year option periods. Anticipated start date of 1 July 2025.

Place of Performance: DFAS-Limestone FLD OPS 27 Arkansas Road, Building Limestone ME 04751-6216. The contractor must be a United States citizen to gain access to DSCC.
