Provide Third Party Claims Administrator Services For Workers’ Compensation to the Human Resources Department, Risk Management Division. The successful proposer will have a telephonic 24 hour claim intake process where injured employees can receive treatment advice and claims can be filed. Professional and robust claims management service team must be responsive to a diverse and sophisticated workforce. Successful proposer will possess a robust claims management information system that is accessible by the County.
