Project Description: Pocono Mountain School District hereby invites the electronic submission of sealed bids for the Pocono Mt. West H. S. and Junior H. S. Hot Water Heater Replacement Project via the PennBid Program no later than Thursday, May 15, 2025, at 2:00 pm. Bids will be publicly opened electronically, immediately thereafter, with the results made available immediately on PennBid. A non-mandatory PreBid Conference will be held on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the Wellness Building at Pocono Mountain West High School, 265 Panther Lane, Pocono Summit, PA 18346. Attendance is strongly advised. The full Advertisement for Bids, bidding instructions, and Project bid documents will be available Monday, April 28, 2025 at no cost via PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com). In addition, the full Advertisement for Bids is available at the PMSD website https://www.pmsd.org/Page/509. The undersigned reserves the right to waive informalities or defects in a bid to the extent permitted under Pennsylvania Law and to reject any or all bids or parts thereof.
