Title: Reactive Power Compensation (RPC) Demolition and Construction Design & Engineering Services
Background: This Design Engineering subcontract will be a Best Value Trade off subcontract with a firm fixed price.
The scope of work includes a SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory approved A/E consultant to work with SLAC personnel to provide a detailed and constructible design for the following:

Interested vendors should express their interest on the SAM.GOV posting, Interested Vendors List, or by emailing the Procurement Specialist for this project. Note that any responses to this sources sought is purely on a voluntary basis. SLAC is not requesting a proposal, any pricing, or any other informationthat could be considered confidential or proprietary to be submitted in responseto this posting or any part of this posting. Any submissions that contain pricing,proprietary information or confidential information will be discarded by SLAC.
Interested Engineering Design firms with the skills and capability to complete the above scope are invited to submit a written response to this Sources Sought Notice. Please provide the following information:
1. Provide firm’s name, year of establishment, ownership type (private,public, etc.).
2. Provide firm’s local office location within in the 10 bay area counties(Santa Clara County, San Mateo County, San Francisco County, AlamedaCounty, Contra Costa County, Marin County, Napa County, SonomaCounty, Solano County or Santa Cruz County). Include the local officeaddress, main phone number and main email. Include the firm’s DUNSnumber (DUNS number must be location specific).
3. Provide primary Point-Of-Contact name, title, phone number (direct and mobile), email address.
4. Provide a two-page capability statement presenting firm’s services and alist of past project experience similar to the RPC project. These projects must be verifiable and at least 60% completed within last 10 years by thefirm.
