Solicitation Summary
The Housing Authority of Baltimore City (HABC) is seeking proposals from interested and qualified companies/professionals to r
emove existing basement furnace units and install natural gas-fired forced
air furnaces by RUUD (or approved equal), per the specifications of the IFB, by connecting to the existing gas piping and fittings and electrical devices locations in the units' basements. Additionally, to start-up, check and adjust systems, and provide 1-year installation and 5-year equipment/ material/ parts warranty.
