Generator Maintenance Service for Fort Meade VAMC. This is a solicitation conducted using FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). Solicitation number 36C26325Q0796 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ).

Prospective offerors must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) SAM.gov | Home database and the Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ at time of offer to the government.

The VA anticipates one Firm Fixed Price award to provide services to the Black Hills VA Health Care System, 113 Comanche Road, Fort Meade, SD 57741.
The period of performance is 8-31-2025 to 8-30-2026 for the base year period of performance.
