Solicitation Summary
The Maryland Department of Human Services is seeking to renew and continue hosting the WingSwept case management software solution. The system will remain cloud-hosted on servers managed by the manufacturer, CMTS. The renewal includes an additional 100 GB of storage capacity to support up to 50 users and accommodate up to 12 investigative incidents per year.
The contract term is May 1, 2026, through April 30, 2027.
