Background
As a part of the selection process, the interested consultants are required to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to perform the requested work. The SOQ must be submitted electronically via the City’s E Procurement System no later than 11:00 am on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 . Any SOQ received after the noted deadline may not be used as part of the consultant selection process.
