The Government has a requirement for 4 Essential Roles Electronic Kit, quantity 20, 4 Essential Roles of Leadership 2-Day Participant Kit, quantity 20, and 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Electronic Participant Kit, quantity 20, through Franklin Covey Client Sales, Inc. Franklin Covey Client Sales, Inc. is the creator of the training material and there are no approved distributors. As such, the Government has determined that no other vendor besides Franklin Covey Client Sales, Inc. can provide the courses needed for this procurement.
This notice of intent is NOT a request for a quote. A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. The applicable NAICS Code is 611430 and the business size standard is $15.0 (millions of dollars).
Be advised that the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. A copy of the Request for Quote will be made available upon request. Any comments, questions or concerns regarding this notice may be submitted via e-mail to teagan.m.murphy4.civ@us.navy.mil by 02 June 2025 at 8:00 am PST. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered.
