Project Description: Project scope of work consists of Full Depth Reclamation with cement stabilization to a depth of 12-inches, 19mm base courses, 9.5mm wearing course, and associated prep work for Sipe Road and Hill Drive. Work Shall also include the replacement of 700-feet of guard rail along Sipe Road.
