BMV 0361 / SPR-52 New Term Contract Request for BMV Deposit Tickets

TERM CONTRACT REQUEST - BMV 0361 Deposit Tickets for the Ohio Department of Public Safety (ODPS), Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV). These deposit tickets support financial operations for approximately 201 Deputy Registrar License Agency locations across Ohio. The awarded vendor will be responsible for producing 2-part or 3-part carbonless deposit ticket sets, managing variable order data, and providing timely overnight delivery for each agency order. STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The State of Ohio Standard Terms and Conditions (revised 03/31/25, attached) apply to this solicitation and will govern any resulting Contract.

EVALUATION: Bids will be evaluated in accordance with ORC 125.07. In addition, the state will multiply the bid prices by the estimated usage listed in the bid and then adding each of the totals together to arrive at a total for all items.

CONTRACT AWARD: The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder by low lot total. The low lot total will be determined by multiplying the unit prices by the estimated usage listed in the bid and then adding each of the totals together to arrive at a total for all items. Failure to bid on all items may result in the bidder being deemed not responsive.
