Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs is seeking information in regard to oral fluid testing for patients enrolled in a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program via telehealth.

The services shall be in accordance with the tasks and deliverables as described in this Statement of Work (SOW). The respondent shall provide an oral fluid test that can be used at home without a prescription. The oral fluid test can be used by patients participating in telehealth-based contingency management – an evidence-based treatment for SUD that relies on rapid drug testing. The respondent shall also provide clinical and technical user training to ensure proper use of the test by patients.

If the manufacturer has an existing oral fluid test, they would need to expand upon their current approvals or create a new indication for this oral fluid test.

Final acceptance is completed once all deliverables have been received and turnover/go live has been completed.
