PURPOSE OF REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS (RFSQ)
Beaver County School District (BCSD) is requesting qualifications from structural engineering firms to provide the design and related engineering services for (1) structural upgrades to the 10th street center. A building assessment has been completed with multiple projects needing to be completed. . The selected engineering firm will first produce potential options and design for the projects and then estimate the cost of the project so that BCSD can determine whether the project is fiscally feasible for BCSD. If the BCSD Board of Education approves a design and related budget, the selected firm will then assist BCSD in procuring general contractor services for the projects. After general contractor selection, the selected firm will assist with oversight of the construction.
