Amendment 0001 changes hours of breakfast and dinner to 0600-0730 and 1700-1830 respectively, to be delivered to Building 2425. See revised Attachment 01 Performance Work Statement, Paragraph 1.4.1 for these edits. Additionally, following two question and answers are issued: Question #1: Is the food service contractor required to actually serve the meals? Answer #1: Food service contractor will monitor Soldier self-service to ensure the contractor set-up, or set-up and refill, is adequate and in conformance with the performance work statement. Question #2: Is contractor permitted to bring its trailer on site to prepare meals for delivery to Building 2425? Answer #2: Contractor is permitted to prepare meals on-site with its own equipment and deliver to Building 2425. *** End of Amendment 0001 *** Dinners, Hot, Prepared, Delivered, Set-up.
