Notice of Intent

This is a Special Notice. The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to Elk National Foundation pursuant to FAR 13.302, Purchase Orders. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and received on or before 10:00 am (ET) May 30,2025. Point of contact is Naomi Collier via Naomi.S.Collier@dea.gov. The proposed order is for video podcast project for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Elk National Foundation 2750 N LAKEVIEW AVE CHICAGO, IL 60614. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611710. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
