  16. Description: This requirement is for one, U.S. flag vessel, capable of carrying a minimum of six 20-foot ISO containers, four of which are comprised of Class 7 and Class 8 hazardous material, while satisfying cargo compatibility and segregation requirements IAW CFR Title 49, Part 176.

  17. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is Yokosuka, Japan and the place/range redelivery is Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bremerton, Washington (USA). The laydays commence 08 April 2026 and cancel 10 April 2026. The charter period will be about 23 days.

  18. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent, sources sought notice for this service. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. SBA’s Procurement Center Representative concurred with this decision.
