REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS FOR THE CITY OF FERNLEY, NEVADA

The City of Fernley, Nevada is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from consulting firms interested in providing professional services in various categories within the Engineering Department. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish an additional list of qualified firms to support the City's ongoing and future projects.

This new list is intended to streamline the consultant selection process and provide greater flexibility in securing professional services as project needs arise. It will not supersede or replace the City’s existing list of qualified consultants. The new list is anticipated to be effective from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2027; however, the City of Fernley reserves the right to shorten or extend this period as necessary.

Information packets regarding the content of the SOQ will be available at the City of Fernley, Engineering Department, 595 Silver Lace Blvd, Fernley, Nevada or at https://www.cityoffernley.org/DocumentCenter/View/29639/20250519-SOQ--ADVERTISEMENT or to receive the information packet emailed to you, please call (775)-784-9917.  The deadline for submitting the SOQ is 4:00 p.m. Local Time, June 13, 2025.  A submission postmarked with the above-mentioned date or earlier will be acceptable; however faxed submissions will not be accepted.
