Invitation to Bidders:
C.R. Crawford Construction, acting as Construction Manager for the Corning School District, will be receiving bids for trade contract packages for the Corning High School, located in Corning, Arkansas.
Bids will be received until 4 pm CST, October 14h, 2025, and should be emailed to trogers@crcrawford.com . There will not be a public bid opening. Bids will be received and placed under review. The Project Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any formalities. Any bids received after the stated bid time will not be considered.

Construction Documents and the CRCC Construction Management Manual (which includes Trade Package descriptions, Bid Forms and Instructions to Bidders) can be obtained by emailing Cassidy McClard cmcclard@crcrawford.com
Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid which exceeds $35,000, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidder must have a current general or specialty license from the Arkansas Contractor’s License Board before the bid proposal will be considered. Payment and performance bonds will be required. The bid proposal and the work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. § 22-9-203, C.R. Crawford Construction and Corning School District encourages all small, minority-owned, and womenowned business enterprises to submit bids for this project.
