The Minnesota Department of Health - Public Health Laboratory intends to purchase MiSeq v2 Reagent Kit catalog # 15033626 instruments for whole genome sequencing. Per the specific project protocols, determined by CDC and FDA, specify that only specific reagents can be used to prepare samples for sequencing on the instrument. Only specific products can be used by the instrument during sequencing. S ole proprietor of the specific reagents are necessary to prepare samples for the instrument and must be sequencing reagent distributors.
