Towing Services

Ben Franklin Transit (BFT) is looking for proposals for towing and recovery services to support its vehicle fleet across Benton and Franklin Counties. The contracted provider is responsible for 24/7 towing, recovery, and roadside assistance for all BFT vehicles - including fixed route buses, paratransit coaches, Rideshare vehicles, and service vehicles. These cover BFT's full service area and extend up to 100 miles from the Tri-Cities, including locations such as Yakima, Hermiston and the Hanford Site.

This service will ensure that BFT maintains dependable and uninterrupted transit operations but providing rapid, professional towing support for its fleet at all times and under all weather conditions.
