Overview
Summary

Cross Bayou Estates Drainage Improvements Extension of 82 nd Avenue North Outfall (Ph I) is part of the Starkey Road Watershed and currently drains towards Starkey Road and outfalls to the Lake Seminole Bypass Canal through an outfall system on the northside of 82 nd Avenue North. Upsizing of the existing pipes along Starkey Road and part of the outfall (from Starkey Road to 91 st Street) were completed as part of the Park Street/Starkey Road – 84 th Lane North to Flame Vine Avenue project completed by AECOM.

The drainage concerns have been identified at the following locations within the project area, shown on Figure 1: Project Location Map, on the following page:

  • Pelican Lane immediately south of Jacaranda Avenue;
  • Hollyhock Avenue immediately east and west of Pelican Avenue;
  • Robin Road and Quail Road south of Jacaranda Avenue.
