In accordance with the State of Florida Consultant's Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA) F.S.287.05, the City of Lakeland is requesting qualification submittals from firms to assist the City of Lakeland with Professional Environmental Risk Engineering Services
THIS RFQ SHALL RESULT IN A THREE (3) YEAR CONTRACT WITH AN OPTION FOR TWO (2),ONE (1) YEAR RENEWALS UPON MUTUAL CONSENT
The City of Lakeland is seeking experienced and qualified Environmental firms that specialize in Hazardous Material response, remediation, and disposal; Environmental Site Assessments (Phase I and II); Asbestos Survey Removal/Abatement and/or Disposal; Surface, Subsurface, and Ground Water Contamination); Indoor Air Quality Surveys and/or Abatement; Storage Tanks (known or newly discovered) Assessment, Removal, Closeout and Contaminated Sites or Areas prioritized under the State of Florida Petroleum Restoration Program; Lead Based Paint compliance; Tank Installation, Cleaning, and Removal; Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan development and inspections; response services performed by a Coast Guard classified Oil Spill Response Organization (OSRO); and American Petroleum Institute (API) Qualified Tank Inspections.
