PROJECT SUMMARY
LL 1430 WADES LANDING TOWER REPLACEMENT
WADE’S LANDING, ON
Work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, the provision of all labour, materials, and equipment required to:
• Supply and installation of one (1) 3 m x 3 m x 1.2 m reinforced concrete foundation;
• Installation of one (1) 9.14 m Aid to Navigation steel lattice tower and appurtenances supplied by Coast Guard;
• Demolition of one (1) existing 7.4 m steel pipe tower and concrete foundation.
• Arrange and pay for licensed land surveyor to stake property boundaries, verify location and orientation, and elevation of existing and new tower and foundation.
• Arrange and pay for geotechnical testing services across multiple stages of the work.
• Restoration of site following construction activities.
LL 1430 Wades Landing Sector is a marine aid to navigation tower at the end of its lifecycle and is required to be replaced. The site is accessible by standard motor vehicle. Figure 1 shows the existing tower. The sites coordinates are 46°07'06.12"N, 79°31'42.76"W.
All work must be complete by March 13, 2026.

The estimated contract period will be 3 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/12/15.
