Johnson County Government is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for an out-of-the-box or customizable Prosecution Case Management System (CMS). As part of the system, it needs a software solution that will gather, store, sort, and share discovery materials related to a case. The primary objective is to implement a modernized and integrated software solution that addresses the functional, technical, and security requirements of the District Attorney’s Office. This initiative is a component of the Justice Information Management Systems (JIMS) Application Modernization Strategy, which is designed to update, consolidate, and enhance information and operational platforms used by various Public Safety Departments. The strategy seeks to replace outdated systems, eliminate data fragmentation, and improve operational efficiency, data integrity, and accessibility across departments and agencies, while adopting scalable tools.
