Description
Iowa DPD seeks professional services for the construction of an utility monitoring system. The system includes new and replacement meters, housings, and communication pathways using contractor-provided wireless communication from individual facilities to contractor's cloud-based storage system. The cloud-based information management system includes historian, monthly reporting, and query functions for consumption by utility, by building, by reimbursable status, and by meter across varying time ranges. Alerts for missing consumption or inactive communication that are also compiled into a monthly report.
