Synopsis
The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) Southeast (SE) District is seeking to establish a price agreement with multiple vendors for the rental of various types of heavy equipment by MoDOT SE staff on an As Needed/If Needed basis from beginning of award through October 15, 2026 with four (4) one-year renewal options.
This is a multiple-award contract, allowing MoDOT SE to select vendors based on key factors such as cost, equipment availability, and proximity to project locations. The agreement is intended to streamline the rental process and ensure timely access to equipment across the Southeast District.
