MD Anderson is seeking to procure a System that assists in creating, screening, analyzing, comparing, and redlining Agreements. For the review of Agreements under negotiation, the System should facilitate: (1) the identification of differences, inconsistencies, and deviations from standard MD Anderson templates, playbooks or checklists; (2) efficiently standardize contract language; and (3) provide recommendations for language and terms that maintain consistency and compliance with applicable MD Anderson policies, rules and best practices across all Agreements. With the System, Legal Services personnel should be able create first drafts, and review, comment on, and edit Agreements under negotiation with increased efficacy, accuracy, consistency, and speed. The System should be a contract review platform that provides an enterprise license or allows for no fewer than 50 users. Only off-the-shelf solutions will be considered for evaluation. Proposals that do not meet this requirement will not be eligible to proceed to the next phase of the RFP selection process.
