Test Title

1. Can you please clarify what this question is asking for: Please attach a schedule and amount of discount. Give percent and dollar amount as per base price.

If the price will adjust from year to year, what will be the planned schedule?  Is there a discount for a multi-year contract?  If so, what is the percent and dollar amount applied to the base price.

2. I noticed that there are several mentions of company-supplied printed page proofs (the timeline, turnaround, expectations, etc). I also noticed that the specs call for online software (versus Adobe products such as InDesign) and the ability to print on-demand downloadable PDF proofs. For clarity purposes, I don't think your schools are needing company-supplied printed proofs, but since the RFP mentions them in a few places (maybe it is old language), I wanted to make sure I understand.

a. They would prefer digital proofs and the ability to print them.  If a vendor didn’t offer that option, then we were wanting information on the proof options.

b. As for online software, we currently aren’t interested in using InDesign for our pages.  We would prefer to use online software provided by the yearbook company.

3. I noticed the elementary schools are not included in this RFP. What is their current publishing agreement status? I ask because there are often discounts with multi-school agreements, so if the elementary schools were also to choose Jostens, there may be incentives that can be offered.

a. We aren’t interested in moving our elementary books to a different vendor that is why they weren’t included in the RFP.
