Mary Walter and H.M. Pearson Elementary Schools Water System Improvements

Contractor shall provide all resources required to provide water system improvements at H.M. Pearson
and Mary Walter Elementary Schools in accordance with the specifications provided by WW
Associates. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all resources required to accomplish the
scope of work in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions, and drawings provided,
attached, and included herein. This solicitation is issued by the Fauquier County Government and
Public Schools, Procurement Division on behalf of the Fauquier County School Board, a political
subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia, herein referred to as “Owner”.

Bids must be received electronically through Fauquier County’s online Procurement Portal at:
https://fauquiercounty.bonfirehub.com or delivered to the Fauquier County Procurement office on or
before the Submittal Deadline. Fauquier County will not accept bids submitted by telephone,
facsimile (“FAX”) transmission, or electronic mail (i.e., e-mail) in response to this IFB. Bid
submissions and registration are free of charge on the Bonfire portal. Bidders can register for a free
account at: https://fauquiercounty.bonfirehub.com. Documents may be uploaded at any time during
the open period.
