Notes	The City of Warner Robins (hereinafter "City") is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors for the purchase of Concrete Mix to be placed on an Annual Contract. Orders will be placed on an "as-needed" basis throughout the contract term. The initial contract term will be from May 1, 2025, through April 30, 2026, with two (2) one (1) year options to renew. General Information: All materials shall meet Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) specifications (where applicable) . Bidders must provide a cost per cubic yard (CuYd) on the Bid Price Form (line-item section of bid). Deliveries will be made to job site locations throughout the City of Warner Robins. Awarded bidder will be expected to respond and delivery to job sites within 24-48 hours after requests are made. Normal business hours are Monday - Friday 7:00 A.M. - 4 P.M. (ET), excluding holidays (list of holidays can be found on City website www.wrga.gov). The successful bidder shall give satisfactory evidence and maintain in full force and effect for the duration of this Contract to the City of Warner Robins that they and any sub-contractors carries Worker's Compensation, in accordance with the State Worker's Compensation Laws, and public liability and property damage insurance in sufficient amounts to ensure adequate coverage of the work, with the following minimum amounts acceptable: Commercial General Liability: 1 Million/ 2 Million Comprehensive Vehicle Liability: 1 Million Umbrella Liability: 1 Million (minimum) Workers Compensation: Statutory (only with 3+ employees) To be considered a responsive bidder, bidders must review and submit a signed copy of all Bid Attachments. All questions must be submitted through the City's IonWave electronic bidding system by the designated date and time of Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at 2:00 PM (ET). Each prospective bidder must upload and submit with their bid all required documents (i.e. all bid attachments) through the City's IonWave electronic bidding system by the designated date and time of Friday, February 21, 2025, at 2:00 PM (ET). Product specifications are included in the Line-Item section of this bid. The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
