The NPS will host a site visit for entities interesting in responding to the RFP on May 8, 2025. Registration is required to attend the site visit. Site visit is mandatory for all entities intending to respond to the RFP. To register, contact Greg Kimmitt, Branch Chief, Planning and Development, NPS Commercial Service Program at BRCA_VEIA@nps.gov, no later than May 1, 2025. Please see the related notice for additional information on the site visit.

Submission of a Proposal

Prior to the proposal deadline of July 10, 2025, you will receive a welcome email message from the NPS’s Microsoft Teams platform at the email address you provided when you registered for the site visit. You must accept the invitation before you can access the Teams site to upload your proposal. Other than the original hardcopy of the “Transmittal Letter” and “Attachment 1: Certification” with handwritten signatures, the NPS will not accept proposals submitted in hardcopy or via another electronic platform, including email. The original hardcopy of the “Transmittal Letter” and “Attachment 1: Certification” with handwritten signatures are also due by July 10, 2025. See the RFP for mailing instructions.
