Salt Lake City Request for Information SLCI27037 Food Waste Recycling and Food Recovery Services

Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain information from vendors, suppliers, agencies and non-profit organizations that provide food waste recycling and/or food recovery services. The intent of this RFI is to provide a publicly posted opportunity for all service providers to present themselves to City and to respond to this request.
This RFI is not a procurement process and may not be used to make a purchase or enter into a contract. A response to a request for information is not an offer and may not be accepted to form a binding contract.
Information submitted to or by a governmental entity in response to a request for information is protected under Section 63G-2-305. As such, vendors do not need to submit a Claim of Confidentiality.
