Project Description: The work to be performed consists of General improvements to art exhibit gallery space to include renovations to the main entry, removal of existing ADA ramp, relocate ADA entrance to north door, remodel storage closet, new gallery hardwood flooring, painting, new ceiling tile, new exhibit lighting, remodel to administrations offices, new carpet, and modifications to electrical and mechanical systems related to gallery and office renovations.
