The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District (CESAM) intends to extend task order nos. W9127819F0037, W9127819F0112 and W9127821F0473 to continue the leases of modular facilities at Tyndall Air Force Base (AFB), Florida, due to construction delays as part of the Hurricane Michael recovery effort. The contractor for all three (3) task orders is Modular Management Group, Inc. 6602 Plaza Parkway, Fort Worth, TX 76116. The task orders were awarded competitively under GSA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Category 532490P, Lease/Rental of Pre-Engineered/Prefabricated Buildings and Structures. The Government intends to extend the task orders to continue the leases of the current facilities to the owners of the buildings so the current tenants will not have to be removed and displaced until contracts can be awarded to another contractor(s). This will allow the Government to ensure continuity of services for these customers without risking delays to the military construction projects these facilities currently support. The Government will support the proposed actions by written justification and obtain appropriate approval prior to proceeding.
Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to these requirements; however, this notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All capability statements received by 2:00 p.m. CDT on 29 October 2025 will be reviewed by the Government and considered. However, a determination by the Government not to compete these proposed contract actions based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Should your firm desire to submit a capability statement, it should demonstrate the Offeror’s experience and expertise to provide the services identified above within the time frame required and without substantial duplication of cost to the Government.
The statement shall include business size, ability to self-perform work, layers of subcontracting, and any other information indicating a legitimate ability to meet these specific requirements. Please do not provide standard marketing brochures or catalogs. Responses will be evaluated based on demonstrated functional capability. Statements should not exceed three (3) pages in length. Responses shall be submitted via email to Ms. Sophia Chin, Contract Specialist, at sophia.m.chin@usace.army.mil and Mr. Ben Neely, Contracting Officer, at benjamin.m.neely@usace.army.mil. In the subject line of your email state: Response to Tyndall AFB Phase I, II and III. No responses will be accepted by mail or fax. Submittals will not be returned. Telephonic responses will not be honored.
