The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for specified equipment for 2026 Ford F350 4X4 Crew Cab units with 160" wheelbase and 6.75' bed length.
Questions must be submitted in writing to RA-SPPSPBIDS@PA.GOV no later than July 8, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. All bids must be submitted through the PA supplier portal at www.pasupplierportal.state.pa.us The Reciprocal Limitations Requirements Act form (GSPUR-89) and Worker Protection and Investment form (BOP-2201) provided must be completed by an authorized vendor representative and uploaded with bid submission. ONLY ELECTRONIC BID RESPONSES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR SUBMISSION. All bidders are responsible for monitoring the DGS eMarketplace website to view any change notices for this IFB. The change notices shall become incorporated as part of this bid. In order to submit a bid response, vendors must be registered. I-1. Statement of the Project.
The Pennsylvanian State Police (PSP), Bureau of Emergency and Special Operations
(BESO), Hazardous Device and Explosives Section (HDES) is issuing this Invitation
for Bid (IFB) for specified equipment for 2026 Ford F350 4x4 SD Crew Cab units with
160” wheelbase and 6.75’ bed length. This is a no substitute solicitation.
I-2. Product Specifications
Quantity of four (4) Leer 26” Hi DCC cap to include the following:
• Standard doors with toolboxes
• Driver side option #E
• Passenger side option #C
• LED lights option #F
• Bolt locks
• Harnesses, seals, and switches
• Color M7 Carbonized Gray Metallic
Quantity of four (4) Decked System XFS and Decked Cargo Guide
• Premium accessory package
• Cargo glide drawer system
• Drawer system mounting brackets
• 75% extension capability
• 1500lb payload capacity

Order must arrive within 6 to 8 weeks at the below location.

I.4. Warranty
Manufacturer's warranty provided on all products.
I.5. Manufacturer Authorization
If the Offeror submitting a response to this IFB and is not the original equipment
manufacturer (OEM) of the equipment being provided, the Offeror must submit a
Manufacturers Authorization Letter which clearly states the Offeror is authorized to
provide the OEM’s equipment and services required by this IFB. The
Manufacturers Authorization Letter must reference “IFB 6100066237 – PSP BESO
2026 FORD F350 UTILITY PACKAGES”.
