Bid Security: Certified Check or Bid Bond for not less than 10% of the bid amount
Bid Validity:
All bids are irrevocable for 60 days after the opening date
If delays arise (government approvals, bond sales, or grant awards), bids may remain valid for up to 120 days
Non-Collusion Affidavit must be included with bid
Environmental Compliance:
Must follow all federal and state regulations, including PA Act 247 (pollution prevention & natural resource protection)
E-Verify Requirement:
